I've built an A class tube amp. These are the tubes all lit up.

Wonderful shots Peter.

I remember the tubes tellies and radios well. Is it a Hi-Fi amp, they are still noted for their more graceful distortion characteristics.

Very cool, those tubes.

The best conductors of electricity are metals like copper and silver. Among the worst conductors are gas and vacuum. So what did some lab guys do over 100 years ago? They studied forcing electricity through the worst conductors. Their discoveries led to tubes and other devices, revolutionizing our civilization.

Nice shots.

It's a 15W A Class guitar amp
I've also replaced the crappy speaker with a Jensen 25W

Simple settings. Overdrive, bass, treble and volume.
Sounds great.

Yep great sound. Far more versatile than the SS amp I have.
Just need to make a new speaker box
