Hi, this kiss was doring the first dance. Should I use liquify on her arm or does it look ok as it is? Is the face too hot? Any other ideas?

At least the bride is wearing arm covering! Try a bit of shadow/highlight, opening up the shadows makes her arm appear less domininant, and brightens up his face a bit. Nice shot.

I don't think she is too bright, so much as he is too subdued. Try a "dodge and burn" high-pass (overlay) filter with a high pixel count (i did 10 pixels for this image size) then mask out the face and arm of the bride.

Also look at the skin tones, the fingers on her right hand (behind the guys head) and her face are quite warm and bright, but her arm which dominates the image is cold and almost desaturated. Try and balance those tones before you process the skin.
