Just installed Win 10 overnight and you are right the scaling on practically everything is fairly nice! Well... that was until I opened up Lightroom and saw this mess
Any help on how to make the dropdown menu text to scale up and the ugly Develop bar to shrink would be appreciated! Sorry no not really sure what to say. I would check that you don't have some huge font size set in the windows options, you know for menus and the like. But I think Adobe actually doesn't use the system settings properly anyway, that was certainly the case when I loaded up LR4 so that I could sort out the issues after my old system died, since my old Catalogue was spread over three external drives as well as C:. So I got all of the files found using the old program and moved to their new locations before doing the upgrade to CC. Interestingly I have no problems running Office 2007 Enterprise on the high res monitor. I guess Adobe went with doing all the internal windows management/drawing, rather than relying on the system, to make cross platform win/OSX easier. When I went to CC it just worked fine for me. If you have been playing with the desktop zoom levels you do need to restart LR though for it to all change correctly, and maybe a system reboot might also help.
