Hi - I have a 7D and absolutely love my Clik Elite Obscura bag.
Now that I have 5D III - I need a similar solution that can fit lenses.

Thanks guys

I use the Lowepro Vertex 200 which I find very good for carrying smaller lenses like a 70-200 F2.8/100-400, though it can take a 300 F2.8. Your gear should fly into it - mine is very comfortable and stoutly built.

Thank you for the suggestion - But I am looking for a bag that would allow me "easy" access - from the side, something like this

Have you looked at the Kata 3N1? It has similar side access and can be configured like a traditional backpack or sling style. The sling is great for in and out access as you can rotate the pack to the front very easily. The large can hold quite a lot of gear and Kata make quality bags.

I see you as well have both the 70-200 f/2.8 L IS Mark II AND the 70-200 f/4 L IS. The older I get, the more I find uses for the f/4 L IS. Why lug around the extra weight when not neccessary.

I have a Tenba backpack that I would trade for anything. You can fit a ton of gear, has a waterproof rain cover, comfortable straps, plenty of pockets/compartments, and it is full configurable to arranging your gear to your liking. Typically i use the bottom section for my lens, and the top section to keep the camera with lens attached for easy access. Ive even kept the 5d3 with 70-200 attached and ready to go. Best of all it doesn't look like a camera bag carrying thousands of dollars of equipment. Multiple colors and very affordable as well.
