Pika first. I did not find any Pika there.
There are several different species of Pika in the Himalayas. In fact, I think that the Himalayas are home to more species of Pika than any other mountain range anywhere in the world!

Saw a few foxes which were quite common at one of the campsites. Trek leaders claimed that foxes raiding tents for food during their previous treks at the same camp site.
Are these Tibetan Foxes - how awesome would that be! They are so cool looking!

On the Pika note, we did found marmots on my trip to Ladakh last year. Let me dig out the photo at night and shall post it here. Sorry, but have absolutely no idea if they belong to the same family.
Marmots and Pika are not in the same family. Marmots are rodents, while Pika are Lagomorphs (the same family that rabbits and hares are in). However, Alpine marmots and Pika often share the same habitat, and are thereby associated with one another.....at least here in my country.
