Unless the paper gets a Pulitzer from the staff photograph. They would care about that. Joe

I saw it when I still lived in the Chicago area 4 years ago. The subscription folks would call us every few months asking if I wanted a subscription. I declined knowing that they would call in a few days with some insanely cheap deal like pay for only the weekend paper and get the weekdays as well. I suspect that it's continued to drop and will continue to do so. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

Gart I thought Canada was part of North America. Still waiting for the wisdom they promised would be worth getting old for.

You are correct but I presumed the reference was to the United States of America versus North America or South America.

Pippan Cream of the Crop More info | If I were Canadian (or Mexican etc.) such a presumption, as almost universal as it is, would really irritate me. Still waiting for the wisdom they promised would be worth getting old for.

I guess we're far worse off than you think because I'm Canadian and I have absolutely no idea what you guys are talking about. Sometimes not taking a photograph can be as problematic as taking one. - Alex Webb
