BEST continuous light bulb for photography and video?

What is the best best continuous light bulb (inside a softbox or umbrella) for photography and video? I would like to have the best soft white light possible.
I would like to use them in softboxes and/or umbrellas....

I was at a video shoot done with family members as the subjects and the lights used were panels of LEDS by a company called IKAN. The color temperature could be dialed in to whatever the photographer wanted. I did some still shots using their light setup and when I dialed the color temperature in Photoshop to what they had set, the colors looked perfect.

I don't know exactly what model the folks were using, but this link (external link) shows the family. They were battery powered, by the way.

Here are a couple of crops from the shots I took which show the lights they used:
