How to Start a Business?

I'm a longtime landscape photographer and am considering getting into the business of family and senior photography. Where do I start with the business side? I have shot several freebie sessions and so I feel confident with the photography side. How much do I charge? How do I do the follow-up work? Those are the questions for which I am looking for answers.
