Shot was taken at Merritt Island along Black Pointe Rd. Flowers look a lot like cotton balls when opened.

I think it grows wild all over Florida. They're horribly messy, those little cotton thingys blowing everywhere and sticking to everything and they make my eyes water and itch and my nose burn. So their name would be pain-in-the-butt plants. Remember what the DorMouse said.....feed your head.
