I have a Calumet tripod that I like but one of the leg clamp over center clips broke on me last week.
Does anyone know of a source for repair parts?

Have you contacted Calumet? Their leg locks look very similar to the Manfrotto ones - perhaps the same?

Calumet is out of business.
Ritz Camera apparently bought the name.
I'm trying to find a customer service number but so far no luck.

The UK stores appear to be trading, try this E Mail address:

website@calphoto.co.uk

I can take a picture and post it. Probably sometime tomorrow or Friday.

Thanks, I'll give them a ping.

Got a message back from Ritz. The purchased the name and inventory. Not doing any repairs or providing parts.

That is not good, perhaps Calumet Uk can help - it's worth a try!

For many years there have been comparisons between Manfrotto and Calumet but there are enough differences to question if they use similar parts. I'd be looking on eBay for a similar or same Calumet tripod that you can pick up on the cheap and cannibalize.
