What Wifi SD-Card får my MKIII

I have always used a Sandisk Eye-Fi SD-Card for Wifi connectivity on my 5D MKIII.

But since some month ago the Eye-Fi card stopped working, because Eye-Fi stopped supporting older cards (because it needs to connect through their server).

So what Wifi card is avaible instead. Preferably one that will never need to be connected to a server, in other words that will always work - forever in time?


Any suggestions?

I have an Eye Fi card that worked sporadically. I just picked the the Tether Tools Air Case and it is 1000% better than the Eye Fi card. Set up was a few simple steps and I was able to have photos transferred to iPad seamlessly. Highly recommend Tether Tools.

I have 2 eye-fi cards that "lost" the support from eye-fi in September.
they both still work ad-hoc from my cameras to my ipad... but I am worried that if I upgrade/change my ipad (as I do every other year, and I'm coming due on that!) I will have issues getting that to work again... also picked up a Surface Pro and have not wanted to install the eye-fi stuff to it in fear that it will messup a good thing...

The 5dM3 doesn't have wifi?

Not built in. It has support for it in SD-Cards.
