I am selling my Tamron 70-200 F/2.8 DI VC USD. I originally purchased on May 5, 2014 from Amazon (Murphy's Camera was seller on Amazon) for $1499. There was an (I think) $150 rebate at the time, so I paid $1349. I currently have 26677 photos in my Lightroom catalog taken with this lens, minus of course the ones I have deleted, so I will estimate I have used it for around 30,000 shots. I have obviously loved it. It is in great condition, I just recently got a killer deal on the Canon, so I am giving up the Tamron because the Canon is just a touch sharper wide open at 200mm.
I have used the lens for many many wedding, and it has been my primary lens for ring shots (pairs great with extension tubes), plus ceremony and reception pictures. I tend to use my 135L more when doing posed photos, but this lens does them great as well.
Included at the bottom of this post are photos of the lens itself. If you want to see a few examples of photos I have taken with this lens over the last couple years, follow the below link. I tried to get a variety of ways that I have used it.
