This is a good alternative to pricey pelican cases for gear that won't be subjected to Niagara Falls.

right now at HD if you buy the larger case with wheels for $59, and the medium case for $39, HD will throw in the $29 top case free.

It's a near perfect easily portable solution for lighting kits etc.

I think this kit will be good until Christmas. Last time they did this it was Father's day.

Yeah but can it shoot 4k video without the 1.74x crop?

Funny thing is I bought this on Black Friday for a similar purpose--my teenage son will be using the wheeled cart to transport an open-air photo booth. I'm pleased with the quality for the price paid.

Thanks for the link to the inserts.

Yes, there is a removable metal bar stored on the rolling case that can be slid through all three boxes to lock them together.

I'd love to get a second set but I didn't see how to get the one piece free. When I added all three to the shopping cart, it showed the full price. How do you get the deal?

the cost for the foam inserts is more than the box itself. :) Assuming choosing option #5 on the foam. :p

If you're willing to cut it to shape yourself, you can get sheets a lot cheaper at Amazon:

I stopped in to the local HD to see if it was an in-store special. Sadly, it wasn't.

You can lock them all together with the bar, or each hasp has it's own hole for a padlock as well.

I was in the store for this deal,

EDIT

I went to HD front page and found the link to the deal;

See if that helps.
