I like the shot, but it occurs to me that this might be a rare example of too much prop blur? Maybe seeing just a little bit of the blurred prop would be nice?

Yep, had a few hours all to myself. I setup in total darkness, and shot through sun up. I wish the morning fog was coming off the reservoir (like it does each day). The photo below was taken in the same spot a few years back, and had perfect fog.
