I am assuming that your location of Berkshire, UK is accurate. How/why did you end up in Palmdale, CA? Did you get to tour the non-stealth side too?

It was a group trip to the Aviation Nation Show at Nellis in 2017 via a few days at Rainbow Canyon. As we were based in Lone Pine for the canyon, we flew into LA and one of the group suggested we drop in on the Blackbird Airpark en route. However airports/immigration/t​raffic conspired to it being an outside the fence/sunset visit (the lateness sparing us the indignity of turning up in daylight when it was closed).
