I still have the 40, I use it occasionally enough to keep it...............

Still have it, love it, never use it.

To be honest it's small and tucked away somewhere in my camera bag so I often forget I even own it. If I want to travel a little lighter I just take my G1X which gives me a bit of range instead of being stuck on 40mm.

I loved my EF 40mm and took some great shots with it, but in the end I decided to trade it for the EF-S 24mm as the focal length suits me a bit better on a crop.

I really like the 40 pancake for traveling, but I bought a Siggy 30 1.4 art mounted on a 5dll. BLISS!!
