When you pay the model, provide a written receipt referencing the contract. Keep copies of both. Nikons, Rolleiflexes, Elinchroms, Broncolor Paras, Billinghams

But of course, those aren't modeling contracts, which might need to have very specific terms for the job and might not even be with the model (if she's working through an agency). The vast majority of my work is retail consumer portraiture. The contract with the client is for their receipt of certain finished images for a certain fee, but the model release that allows me continued use of those images is a totally different issue. have you got any examples you could share? -im just trying. sometimes i succeed
