Some shots of the spore capsules of a moss going up to 10X. All shots focus stacked using zerene.

Glad to be of help.
You do need some way to step either the camera or the specimen holder forward. Normal cheap macro rails are just too coarse. I'm using the half micrometer on the right - The rod has also been sawn through. both ends smoothed and a ball bearing placed between so that when I move the micrometer the end of the rod does not rotate.

Thanks for the tip, I had something planned for the MP-E65 using a linear actuator and stepper motors. That is a project that has been put on the back burner as I have a bathroom to finish first for the misses :) :)
