Does Sony have software similar to Canon's DPP?

I shoot with a Canon 6D in raw and process using DPP (later I'll learn LR, but for now DPP works good).

I may buy a Sony RX100 (unsure which version). Does Sony offer a program similar to DPP?
If so, how good is it, and how well does its raw converter work? And is it easy to learn?

Thanks in advance.

I know nothing about Capture one express. Does Sony bundle it with the camera?

Not that I'm aware of. Although I never used DPP either on my canons so unsure what that is.

Capture 1 can be downloaded from their site though (does anyone bundle a physical disk in this day and age?)
