Godox/Flashpoint/Bolt X1 Firmware Updating Problems?

I've been trying to update firmware on my X1T-C and X1R-C the last couple of days and I keep getting an error message: Connect Failed

Anyone else getting this?

I am, I have tried 3 computers and 4 cables and just can not get my XT1S or 685S to connect. I am running out of options. Any ideas?
