I hope someone can help answer a quick question for me. I had pre-ordered a lens back in September. It didn't ship until early November (received) on November 14th. On their website it says they offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. Would they go off of my purchase date back in September, or do they go off of when the item was received?

Thanks in advance!

I've run into this before and they honoured the item received date. I can't imagine it being an issue. Always get great service from them.

Thanks for the response! I'm glad to hear that! I was assuming they would take good care of me with this, I have had nothing but good experiences with them in the past. It just seemed odd that when I went into my order history it said no items here are eligible to be returned. Must just be that the system is only seeing my pre-order date.

Probably. I'm fairly certain you'll get it fixed with a quick call.

Exactly - the way to handle things properly is always with a phone call and a friendly, chatty discussion with a real live person.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

B&H has always been awesome to deal with when it comes to returns.

Just wanted to check back. You were all completely right :). They responded (SUPER fast) to my email and said that I have until February for a return if needed.
