Looking for a new camera

So i have been wanting to get a new (old) film camera and have been looking at the Olympus Trip 35 as i like the rangefinder form.
The price is also attractive.

At the moment i am shooting film with a Zenit EM and have found it tends to under-expose and the limited shutter speeds are a bit of a bummer.

The only thing putting me off the trip is that i would prefer to have a thumb lever film advance rather than wheel?

Can anyone make any suggestions? looking at similar price brackets...

I'm in the UK if that makes any difference.

Zenit and old Japanese RF and like price bracket is [0, +,-0]
But even if it costs next to nothing, big chance to spend money on old cameras which are behind of repair age of electronics.
Based on what I have, used to have...
I recommend to look for Rollei 35 (little brick), which has exposure meter, but will works even without it.
Another not so old, might still works for some time and not so expensive is Agfa Sensor series cameras.
Or just get Smena-8m and it is fun camera to use. Somehow it is accurate with exposure if you match film ISO and exposure symbols on camera lens-shutter.
I've had couple of Rollei 35, Agfa Sensor RF versoin, Olympus XA, Minox 35 and let go to all of them, well two quit on me.
Keeping only Smena-8M for RF like camera.

Why not get a proper rangefinder if you like the format? Many of them a far from silly money these days.
