Gluten Free.

Hello.
Needed to make a gluten free cake for some friends who are special needs.
It is a vanilla victoria sponge with a key lemon centre and a vanilla cheesecake topping decorated as in the picture.

Waddaya think visually? fabulous or fail?

If I saw this at a potluck dinner, I'd take a slice, given that it'd be bad manners to take the whole thing. It looks appetizing. The photo could benefit, I think, from focusing farther toward the front, but your friends won't be eating the photo.
