LR 5 Question--Arrows and Text

Does LR5 have the ability so that I can draw "arrows" and type in text onto the attached image? If not LR 5 what other programs might you suggest?

No, you'll need to open the image in Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, or some similar program.

The Pixlr online editor (external link) can do this and has a layout similar to Photoshop. I think you have to draw the arrows by hand as I don't think it has an arrow shape tool like PS.

If you are on a Windows operating system, IrfanView (external link) can do all that.

You could do it in Paint on a windows machine, which comes as part of the OS install.

Fast stone image viewer can also do that.
