Dante Thank you Dante. If you comeback there on exit 212 off I-5 go to Stanwood on Eide road that is a field full of raptors like Short eared Owl and Harriers and others. Peter

etnad2 Member More info Post edited over 6 years ago by etnad2. | Peter, thanks! I need to spend more time exploring the area. After my trip on the Skagit, I was driving around Edison, and later La Conner. Lots of Trumpeter Swans, Snow Geese and Eagles.

Lots of Trumpeter Swans, Snow Geese and Eagles. I'm headed back up there in January and I'll be sure to check out your suggestions! Dante If you look up my Short-eared owls shots it was from there. Stanwood I think is less than 10 miles off I-5 and Eide road exit is in the middle of the bridge (no left turn) so you have to make a U turn. Peter
