Thank you. There was a lost life jacket behind the bird so I just turned most of the background to black.

Thanks Al. I think it may be over-sharpened though. Very tough to figure out with a white bird though and with fine lines. Very surprised the bird looked up at me and yet did not take flight.

Doesn't look over sharpened to me, it's a beautiful shot!
