Not affiliated with this company in any way, in fact, I never bought any of their products.
I just saw them while searching for a new leather messenger bag and found this company.

Per title, strap is made out of leather (I believe top grain leather) for $20 shipped. Comes with lifetime warranty and they are based in the US.
