I managed to stumble upon this bird the other day. It wasn't spooked by me in the least. The red-tailed hawk in the tree next to it flew away pretty darn quick. It kept eyeing my 100 lb. lab debating whether or not she would make a tasty snack. I wished it would have flown to possibly get some BIF shots even though my BIF skills are terrible but the owl stayed in that same spot for almost 2 hours.. I took a bunch of pictures but I am only posting one here..
