As much as I love looking at duck pics....I'm a little bit over them right now.

How about a Greater Glider from Australia instead?

Its a bit of both... Its wild now but was in captivity (for a short period while it was being rehabilitated) when I took the shot.

No its a Greater Glider - they are a lot bigger then Sugar Gliders, but as their name suggests they still 'glide'...
Here is another pic of him, the photograph is not technically correct (and I have lightened it so that you can see what he looks like) it will show you more than the first shot.

Very cool. Thanks for the info! I may have to goto Alice Springs for work and would like to stop along the coast for awhile. Australia has the most interesting wildlife!

Cool, you will have heaps to photograph at Alice Springs - epecially if you like landscapes etc....no chance of seeing a Greater Glider out there though, they are not that common and very rarely seen - in fact most Australians have never seen one.
But there are heaps of other cool animals to photograph!
