The big 'un. Model 5540, made for the big whites, or the big dark side lenses.

This will hold anything. Includes a really right stuff quick release and RRS piece that enables you to tilt the lens/camera.

This particular model is discontinued but a Google search will show you clearly what it is and the specs. A similar monopod sells for $318.

All in, $175
