Jan 23, 2017 20:48 | #20 I had a LOT of free time this month, so I may have a few extras. I'll start off with a couple "suns" ... Sun I spent a morning strolling around the Henry River Mill Village - the site of District 12 in The Hunger Games movies - and shot this one into the sun to get some sunflare happening. Next time your in the area of Henry River give me a shout and perhaps we can get together to shoot. Thanks - and that sounds like it could be fun!

dxd Senior Member More info Post edited over 6 years ago by dxd. | Jan 24, 2017 22:24 | #24 Still working on the others, but here is a cotton field ready for the harvest. I did a little research out of curiosity, in the late 1980s Arizona produced 66% of the country's Pima cotton, now it's maybe 2%. I know much of the field land I remember from years ago is now overgrown with desert scrub. IMAGE LINK: https://flic.kr/p/QifJBxdebbie

If anyone who was a topic-picker any month last year would be willing to volunteer to take a month this year, let me know and I'll add you to the list. After that, I'll open it up to anyone else who was active in last year's thread, and then to newcomers to this year's thread.
