I had a LOT of free time this month, so I may have a few extras. I'll start off with a couple "suns" ...

Sun
I wanted to take my sun photos without actually taking photos of the sun, so I just looked for dramatic strong sunlight, sunflares, etc.
Saw the sun bursting through this old ferris wheel at a defunct amusement park and thought it really fit the bill.

That first picture is great and screams sun. The second picture makes me want to go there.

Still working on the others, but here is a cotton field ready for the harvest. I did a little research out of curiosity, in the late 1980s Arizona produced 66% of the country's Pima cotton, now it's maybe 2%. I know much of the field land I remember from years ago is now overgrown with desert scrub.

That's really cool, seeing a cotton field with those mountains in the background -- not what I expect to see next to a cotton field!

This is near Marana, northwest of Tucson, south central part of the state.

Cotton
Passed a North Carolina cotton field while driving on a day trip and stopped to take a few shots. This was my favorite.
