I have both the Tamron 24-70 Vc as well as the 28-75 lenses for sale. Both are in good condition. I originally bought the 28.75, then later purchased the 24-7-VC for the vibration compensation. I just got a 24-70 2.8L II for Christmas and don't need either of these 2 lenses. They both work nice, I do quite a bit of sports and the Tamron's are not quite as fast focusing as the Canon lenses are.

I bought the 28-75 new but the warranty has since expired. I bought the 24-70VC used so I don't have a warranty on it but it is not an import (I had it sent in and cleaned and they told me it wasn't) anyways.

$350.00 for the 27-75

$550.00 for the 24-70VC

Shipped.
I also have the 15-55mm 2.8 but will be keeping that one for wide angle on my 7DII.
