For sale is my canon 24-70 2.8 mkii..

Asking $1150... However reasonable offers will be considered...
Paypal or Cash if local pick up.. i'm in Queens NY(near laguardia airport)
owned for about 2 years

Condition of Glass-9
Condition of Body- 7.5

the glass is very clean , back side has no flaws as far as i can see.. front side has 4 small scratches .. about the size of a dust speck, i thought it was dust , but they wont wipe off , so i'll assume its a scratch.. these flaws do not affect image quality

The body shows that its a used item but is typical for a 2 year old used lens.. the rubber on the zoom ring is not seated properly ,, this happend during a trip to a carribean island .. it was EXtremely Humid and hot , and the glue became soft .. it does not move or wiggle or whatever but you can tell its not Exactly where its supposed to be.. However it is fully functional.

the Focus lock switch only works at 24mm.. i never really used it . this actually came as a surprise to me just now as i decided to sell it .. i was wiping down , and realized the switch is not working properly .. it just wont move at any other focal length other than 24mm .. i'm assuming it should

aside from focus lock switch , lens performs 100 percent .. focus is as quick as it was on day one ..
Never dropped .

Asking $1150... However reasonable offers will be considered.
Paypal or Cash if local pick up.. i'm in Queens NY(near laguardia airport)
USPS regular to anywhere in the USA

Reason for selling; .. dont use it.. sold 5d3 months ago.. would like to use funds for other camera or lens

Video below is of actual lens being sold

Just FYI the lock switch is to lock the lens at 24mm and not allow it to extend when not using the camera. It is normal function for it to not "work" at any focal length other than 24mm. It has nothing to do with the focus ring or focus.
