weird... I have 4 ad200 and 2 of the dual mount brackets in with more to spare in mine.

2 light stands, 2 AD200 in their padded cases, 2 bowens mounts, 1 dual mount bracket, 1 light meter, X1C, and a bit more room for some small items....

Pelican 1510 case, 2 ad200, 2 short manfrotto stands, 2 Bowens s mounts, and an x1..... all fitting inside the case. You have an immediate family portrait kit! Did that this weekend! Only the reflective umbrellas don't fit in the case. :( I will find 2 umbrellas that will fit, but they will be smaller ones.

Wescott makes what I believe you need HERE (external link). It is their collapsable compact line and they are 43" but less than 15" long when folded.

Because the company that actually makes them doesn't have a retail presence in the markets that buy them so they rebrand them for other companies to sell them directly.

Same thing happens with Manfrotto stands but for different reasons.

Thanks. I did not know this. I have Manfrotto stands, too. But they all say Manfrotto.

The OEM and the brand is Godox and whilst they do not have a retail shop the equipment has a very large retail presence.

Godox have supplied their equipment branded to many other companies that generally do not make their own lighting gear such as Adorama or Cheetahstand in the USA. Calumet, Pixapro, Lencarta in the UK and various other companies around the world

whatever fits the subject/scene/desired output I need.

I'll pick a modifier though that works.

The bulb.

Without it the electrical charge from the capacitor would never be transformed :)

Just wondering if anyone has a favorite with this light in general....the go to modifier. I love the colt 45 with my Xplor. Hoping to find a favorite with the 200. I'm looking forward to using the barn doors for rim lighting.

Get the twin head, use the Colt with the ad200, win!
I've used it with the Colt and the Snub

Rapid box XXL! It's expensive, but I've destroyed a lot of modifiers by falling light stands and these hold up to a lot of abuse because of their metal frames.

Received mine last night. They are amazing! It all just works. No tricks, no work-arounds. They connect and they work.
Very straight forward and common sense. I have some flash gear to sell now, as it won't be seeing much use now that these are in the house. ;-)a

I like the Glow Parapop by Flashpoint. I have the 38" and it's solid and hold up well.
