US Army Black Hawk. Helicopter main rotors are slow. Does anyone know what the shift at the rotor tip is? Is that the 2nd curtain's transit?

And that's the total of my 2 cents worth. ; ) Yeah they're the same so I ruled out lighting angle. It just looks like the last couple of feet of each blade is shifted. It reminds me of rolling shutter but this wasn't shot with an electronic shutter. I don't shoot many helicopters so this caught my eye.
