My wife and I took holiday in France in May 2018, including about a week in Paris. While there, we rode a night boat on Seine, to see the famous buildings under night time illumination. Near the very end of our 10pm boat tour, it became dark enough for the twinkling lights to begin their display on the Eiffel tower. After our boat turned around to come back to dock, fortuitously it twinkled a SECOND time for us, at the hourly scheduled display (11pm). Captured frame of the video which I recorded...
