CaptBob - the "tree" is my magic piece of driftwood. It was small in size, unique in shape and color and served as the perfect perch for photos. I had it sitting in the wives flower box hanging on the deck railing. I placed seed right on the railing top and the birds would land on the driftwood, then hop down and get their seed. Sort of like a staging area for photos before you get to eat. Had a little portable blind about 6 foot away and got lots of great pics with that setup. Mike
