The conpicuois things your build is missing include a low power CPU that obviates the need for the fan in most circumstances (I.e., dead silent nearly all the time), Thunderbolt, 802.11AC wifi, Bluetooth 4, multitouch mouse, a fusion drive, an infrared receiver, and a few other things. Can you add those to your build? How much is it now?

As I've said before ad nauseum, you may not need these but they are part of the iMac and if you build a PC with the same features they will cost about the same.

ugh all the stuff you mentioned are not extras. they are usually integrated into the motherboard...
that so called Fusiondrive of yours is pretty much a hybrid harddrive they are pretty cheap so i have to add around 30 bucks to get a similar one...

They asked me how well I understood theoretical physics. I said I had a theoretical degree in physics. They said welcome aboard! - Fallout New Vegas

None of the z170 boards come with Thunderbolt. And if you think a fusion drive is nothing more than a hybrid drive then you don't know what a fusion drive is. And which multitouch Bluetooth mouse are you going to use?

And what a surprise, these threads always DO seem to get locked in the end.
