Help with PP

I shot this last night and when I got back realized that the street light was overpowering the shot. I should have taken a few shoots underexposing the light to blend in. What I can't seem to do is to take down the light on the front of the street car and still make it look natural.
I should add that I'm only working with the JPEG files since I don't have the raw converter on my laptop.

If it's blown you have an option to color it in or go and shoot that scene again and clone the needed parts in.

I wouldn't say, that it would be worth of an effort, as the difference between tram and car is way more overpowering than the blown lights :/

Pardon me for posting an edit. If you disapprove, I'll take it down. Processed in LR5.7. I'm not sure what you are after. Here is my guess:

EDIT: Exposure -1

BASIC panel
WB Temp -70
Highlights -100
Shadows +30
Blacks +30
Saturation +25

COLOR Panel
Blue Saturation -50
Green Saturation -100

Not sure either what you are trying to get to, but having the raw supplied would have provided better material to work with.

I took a shot at it too.

None of the edits have the color temp where I'd put it. Too cold, too magenta/red, too yellow.
Visually, I'd try to get it about the average of the options shown.

Teamspeed's version is closest.

I agree. Mine is too green.

I like the black and white version.

Are the license plates base white? You may be able to pull the real true colors, or at least part of them from that license plate using an eye dropper on it... possibly... Or try on the rails themselves.. they should be a grey color on the worn spots..

This one isn't going to have a perfect WB as you have so many light sources of different temps, but clicking on things that should be white, black or grey may bring a combo that works for you.

I never use Smugmug. I find it limiting. I drop your image into LR and made a slight negative exposure adjustment, used the eyedropper on the wall to the right(near the funky box), dropped the highlights, bumped up the shadows, upped the clarity, vibrance and saturation. I then dropped into PSCC and used the filters from the NIK collection(which is free by the way) to use the control points which give you incredible control to adust isolated areas...............th​us my attempt, which I don't claim to be any better than anyone elses
