Too much Bokeh?

The light was ok, but holy heck did it bring out the dust, fingerprints, smears, etc... Yes I tried to hide the mess, but I kinda like out it turned out. Almost gives it a bit of a tilt shift type look (a little).

Edit--- Looking back... Not even Bokeh.... More like blur :)! Can't change the title!

It would help if you explained what happened here. Did you create blur in post processing or something like that? It seems like maybe you did that, but you never explained what you did or how the blur ended up getting there. Detailed, clear explanations would be helpful.
