Greetings,
I'm going crazy with b&w vision. I post processed a image of a purple heron I took some years ago. Leave your comments, hate it or love it. Enjoy...

I'd say everything is about perfect for that style rendition. Has a very pronounced direction. I'm not an art critic, but guess it falls in that category. I like it.

Nothing against the B&W at all but I do think the whites around the head are blown a little. Tone them down some and you got your self a winner.

I'll stand firmly on the Like It squad. That's a very striking image and it makes a great b/w conversion. Very nice.

I like it too, but I've always liked black and white even in the darkroom days of my past!

Greetings,
Thanks for your comments, I'll look into it and have a solution of it before I hang this on my wall. Thanks.

Greetings,
Thanks. Very encouraging words from you. I have much to learn regarding such B&W style. I just need to go with the feel of how much light to render into the image. Thanks.

Thanks. The clean background of this image afford me to do such style. Thanks.

B&W is always my love, but to do well, need to learn from many many gurus. Still learning to strike a balance between photography and visionary. Thanks for your kind words.
