My highly modified Wordpress Photography site

The finishing touches have been put on my photography site and finally my vision has come to light.
This is a custom theme with forward/backward click and mouse wheel image advance, social media shares that link back to my site, private client galleries, shuffle effect between images, etc.

Looks good, nice and clean. Performance is also great. I've been struggling with customizing my own WP page, it's not a lot of fun! You did great.

The horizon is crooked in your NYC cityscape.

When I select the various gallery categories the displayed gallery of images doesn't change to what was selected.

Otherwise it loads quickly.

I had not visited your site in a while. A few weeks ago I went in to link your HSS flash tutorial. Nice site update. Miss the video.

This is odd. I have tested my site a million times and have never seen this happen. What browsers are you using?

Just to be clear, when you click on a specific gallery does the Gallery Heading at the top of the page change to match the gallery that you clicked on? Are there a different set of photos that appear instead?

I went back again to try and the same thing was happening for a while, it said "Aerials" but had images of drag racing, people etc..
I clicked people, same images, still said "Aerials" then I tried to click on the funny car,. nothing happened,.. then I sat there, all of a sudden all the images moved around and came back and they were all Aerials

I think that there is a huge amount of time waiting for something to load,. but you can't tell. During that time, the images will not change.

With cookies, going back the second time meant that some of it was already cached? So it loaded in a little faster. So, when I went back a 3rd time, it all worked as you intended.

When it was not loading the header changed t Aerials, but the images were the same as when I got to the page. However when I clicked people, nothing changed, the Aerial header remained.. it was still in the background chugging away trying to get me the Aerial images..

I did not inspect, but maybe those tiles are a little on the heavy side?

Maybe try clearing all your cache/cookies, and see if you can see what we saw?

The site title says professional photography, yet nowhere on your site do you mention your professional services, your area of operation, or anything useful to a prospective client.

What you are describing could be caused by having cashe function turned off or on the wrong setting at the host. It has been a long time since I have dealt with configuring the host settings and I am sure someone knows better than I do how to do this, but that is what I would look for first.
