Does that make the RRS TVC series then a Bugatti Veyron of tripods?
I guess that would mean, my Manfrotto is the Honda Civic of pods.
Here's my monopod without the mono.
With 17-85mm
With 100-400mm + TC

That's exactly how I've compared them in the past, though I called Gitzos Ferraris. - James -

Yes a $4 magnet. I was trying to show that it was strong enough to hold a 100-400mm lens. Jun.Roberto.Dizon.Gregorio

So far so good, I love the simplicity with the massive dial. I actually wish I could remove the panning portion all together.... My Gear List

I just went to a local hardware store to purchase the Magnetic Utility Hook Jun.Roberto.Dizon.Gregorio

I've managed to find a similar hook for sale in the UK so have ordered that and I have some 1/4"-20 bolts left over. The product page for the hook you have says the magnet is 3-3/8", surely that's not the diameter right? The one I've ordered is nearly a third of that and even a little bit stronger.

I'm really intrigued by it.
