Wide angle lens recommendations for aircraft museums

I am planning trips to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum and the Air force museum in the coming months.
I was hoping for wide angle lens advice.
Do either of these Sigma lenses look good for airplanes in museums? Will the 20mm cause wing distortion like a fisheye?
Are there any others that can be recommended. My camera is a Canon 6D

Which lenses do you already own?
Have you been to the Air & Space Museum before?

With film, the 20 was one of my favorite lenses. Yes, it will distort if you get too close, but what's the alternative? You could back off a little & crop in PP. Or try a pano with a shorter lens.
When I was there years ago, I didn't find it to be a big place, so don't expect much & try to solve the usual problems as they crop up.

Current lenses include 300mmL, 100-400mmL, 100mmL, 28-135mm
Flash is 430Ex
These lenses work great for airshows however in a museum you usually cannot back far enough away to get the whole airplane in, hence my question.
I have been to both Smithsonians air museums. I want to go back to the Udvar-Hazy museum to get better pics
The Air Force Museum will be this spring and the navy museum later this year.

Any thoughts on flashes? Between my wife and I we could use 2 flash units slaved together?

How about the 16-35 f4. It's only slightly more expensive than the lenses you're looking at. I've found it very useful for shooting aircraft. Granted the shots below were taken outdoors, not in a museum, but you get the idea. You can see how much distortion there is at the focal lengths noted.

Yes, they do, but well handled the distortion is not a problem and may even be advantageous.

In the very cramped interiors of some aircraft, the fisheye is unbeatable:

I was just opening this thread thinking fisheye, too.

It does depend on what type you get and how you use it. It is also possible to post-process the image.

Why bother with a fisheye? It will give you 180 degree field of view. You can't get close with anything else in a single shot.

A fisheye with a stereographic projection will look much more natural.
