Anyone Know The ZR45

Does Anyone Know How To Take The Stills Of The Video Tape And Put Them Onto The Memory Card Of The Canon zr45!!!

I don't think you can transfer still images from the tape to the memory card, in the camera. You have to select "card" or "tape" on a switch located not far from the zoom and photo buttons, I think! I don't own one of these but I have operated a similar model a few times.

If you have taken photos using the photo button and have not switched the camera to the "card" position, then they will be saved on the tape as a still image, you can extract these images from the DV tape when you download to your computer.

Hope that this helps you out, like I said, I don't profess to know this camera, but I'm pretty sure that is how you can get your stills off the DV tape.

Still pictures on the Canon ZR45

Page 109 of your manual will explain how to record still pictures.
1) While viewing your recorded video, just press the photo button when you get to a image your want as a still picture. (press and hold it)
2) The image will be sent to the SD memory card that came with the camcorder.

The memory card should be a Multimedia card MMC-8M
