I know it's a continuous light, but does anyone have any thoughts about the Rotolight versus a good studio strobe?

It is hard to get enough light for the kind of exposure typically made with flash in a studio, say f8, 1/125sec, ISO 100. With continuous light, you will typically raise the ISO, open up the lens and slow down the shutter. Continuous lights often need to be fairly bright, which can be uncomfortable for some subjects. Good work has been done with continuos and with strobe. You need to pick what works for you. I don't have experience with the Rotolight, so I can't comment specifically. Thank you for the feedback. That is what I've been thinking.
