Our cat found this guy next to the speaker in the loungeroom

This seem to be a normal pose for this type of spider, it had rained a lot that morning and I think he came into the house looking for somewhere dry.
When I released him outside he ran quickly for some cover, and didn't look very ill at all.
After some googling I found out that when the weather gets humid they go wandering looking for a mate which might also explain why he was inside.
