This is a first for me. I've seen these from a distance (I think) but never confirmed until this guy posed for me for at least 20 minutes. I finally got bored and left. Drove by again after another 10 minutes, and he was still there.

nice shot and lucky you. for me they usually fly off as soon as I stop the car. the exception is when I don't have my camera

Thanks, and yes! The closest I've been was probably couple hundred feet, or 40 feet away and doing 60mph, lol. By the time I turn around, they're gone.
