Just got an offer to sell my 85L MKI for $962, sell and buy the Sigma 85 Art ?

Difficult decision, the Sigma 85 Art is perfect on paper (just won the DXO award of the best glass ever with the highest score).
The AF is the fastest of all 85mm's and pics are razorsharp.

But I heard it doesn't have the 85L dreamy look, damn... difficult decision!!!

I bought the 50 Art in the past as the 50L had focus shift and wasn't sharp wide open.
Some people say the 50L has it unique look.

But concerning 85A <> 85L people say that the bokeh of both is the same....
What would you do and why ?

My wife isn't a size zero supermodel millionaires brain surgeon doing charity work in third world countries for free, but I still love her and wouldn't swap her for the aforementioned. Go with what gives you the look you're after.

Well it's difficult to tell, are there any comparison shots online allready between the 85L <> 85 Art to see if 'the Canon look' is worth keeping ?

The Canon has a bit of a glow compared to the Sigma which I personally find to be an extremely desirable feature for portraiture.

In the section of the review entitled "IMAGE QUALITY & PERFORMANCE" that characteristic is pretty apparent in the first comparison shot of the dark haired young lady. Part of the difference between the 2 images may be due to the Canon having greater light transmission than the Art at the same f stop, but it think it's more than just a level difference. I just like the way the Canon renders skin tones.

So, if I were doing architectural or landscape stuff, I'd probably pick the Art based on the slightly better image quality. But, regardless of price, if the primary use were portraiture, I'd pick the Canon because of the quality of skin tone rendering.

And if you had 85L version I like I have ?

Keep in mind he 85 L and 50L were not designed for peak sharpness — they were designed for best bokeh, light falloff, etc.

Exactly. The 85L v1 has the same optics as the v2, just updated electronics to focus faster.
If I had the v1, I'd probably be happy with it too.

If you are planning to upgrade in the near future to an high pixel camera the 85 Art makes a lot of sense. The slight downsides of the 85 L 1 may become really annoying on those bodies. I would personally do the switch now and then see what new 85mm Canon brings to the party.

Quite true if one is really interested in 1:1 pixel-peeping of acne in portraits
