Having issues connecting an FZ-2500 to a Samsung 6900 TV in order to play some 4K videos. Made the connection with USB cable and "accessed" camera on the TV screen, but all I can see are file folder icons. One was named Private, another named Lumix and a few others. Wasn't able to open any of them to see video files. Any ideas or suggestions on how to get these videos playing?

For what it's worth, I can connect and view my computer to the TV with wired connection, no issues. Videos don't play well on my mac so I wanted to run them directly from the camera.

Use an HDMI cable right from the camera to an input on the TV.

If I had an HDMI cable, I would. Are you tellig me that it's not possible to use the USB cable that's used to connect to the computer to connect to the TV.

Update: I picked up an HDMI cable and micro adapter on my way home today. Simple enough to make the connection. The TV downgraded the 4K video to 1080p, but it did play. Not the setup I was looking for. Will have to come up with something else.
